Squires Estate is a collection of immaculately restored nineteenth-century houses set on a hillside above Governor's Harbour in Eleuthera, Bahamas, part of the island's heritage of historic buildings. Its 18 villas, cottages, and apartments pair classic Bahamian character with modern comforts, many with private hillside pools and sweeping harbour and Caribbean views. The pink sands of French Leave Beach lie under a mile away, with shops and restaurants a short walk downhill. An on-site manager arranges housekeeping, a private chef, or rental cars.
