River Bend Resort sits on the last bend of the Rainy River before it opens into Lake of the Woods, 11 miles north of Baudette, Minnesota — the Walleye Capital of the World. Family-owned by Paul and Brandi Johnson since 2012, the resort pairs fully equipped, pet-friendly cabins with a marina, RV park, and the on-site Miles Lab Bar & Grill. Summer brings charter fishing on river and lake; winter, heated sleeper houses and guided ice-fishing packages out on the ice.
