Como Park Zoo and Conservatory is a beloved, free year-round attraction in St. Paul, Minnesota, owned by the city and drawing more than 1.9 million visitors a year. The zoo's exhibits feature gorillas, giraffes, polar bears, sea lions, tigers, and orangutans, while the adjoining Marjorie McNeely Conservatory — open since 1915 — fills glass houses with tropical plants, orchids, ferns, bonsai, seasonal flower shows, and a renowned Japanese garden.
